We offer free shipping to US customers and discounted shipping rates for other countries.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal and money order. Please no concealed cash or personal checks.
If paying via paypal, immediate payment after purchase is greatly appreciated. If paying via paypal e-check, items will not ship out until payment has cleared. Payment must be received within 3 days unless prior arrangements are made. After this, a reminder will be sent and if no payment is received the order will be canceled. We will ship ONLY to confirmed Paypal addresses.
If paying via money order, payment must be mailed out within 3 business days of when the order was placed. Please send us an email to [email protected] when the payment has been mailed so we know when to be looking for it. Items will be shipped after payment has cleared.
Shipping
After the receipt of payment, all items will be shipped out within 5 business days, generally within 2-3. If you would like insurance on your package, it is available for an additonal fee.
If you'd like your order to get to you sooner, please contact us for Priority or Express mail rate quotes.
Willowtree Design is gift-giving friendly! You can purchase an item and have it shipped directly to your gift recipient along with a note. In the notes to seller upon checkout, please let me know if your item will be a gift. If you'd like to include a note, please let me know what you would like it to say.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. I will not mark packages as "gift" or "sample". To do so is a federal crime in the US and could land me jail time. Please note that I am 100% honest on customs forms.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept refunds on a case by case basis. Since every situation is different, send us a convo explaining yours and we'll see what we can do. In general, We want you to be happy and will work with you until your order is right.

Wholesale
Please send all wholesale inquiries to Willowtree42 [!at] yahoo.com. Please let us know a little bit about your shop and the other items you carry. We'd love to have Willowtree Design in your brick and mortar!
Sizing
We can make most every chainmaille piece in our store to fit you right! Most things are listed as being about average sizes, but we'll be glad to adjust most anything up to 2 inches for no extra charge (excepting really dense weaves and those made from rare materials). Send us a convo before purchase to make sure it is available, then put this information in the notes to seller upon check out and we'll be sure to adjust it for you before it is sent out.
If you receive your jewelry and it does not fit you, we'll be glad to do one adjustment for free. Please make sure you send us a convo beforehand to arrange this. You send it back to us (you pay shipping back), and let us know how you'd like it adjusted. We'll send it back to you (We pay shipping costs back to you) all fixed and ready for you to wear!
